Five tools that don't talk to each other, and a parent touches at least three of them.

Today's stack

Every gap is filled by hand.

Two ways forward

Tighten the stack, or move to one system.

Option 01

Tighten the current stack

Move trial and enrolment into DanceStudio-Pro's own online registration, link timetable classes straight to it, and connect form submissions to MailerLite with Zapier for a trial follow up sequence.

Lowest change, still several logins.
Option 02

One system for everything

GoHighLevel captures every enquiry, trial and enrolment, sends SMS and email reminders, moves leads through stages automatically, and holds student records and payments. It replaces Jotform, Trello, MailerLite and DanceStudio-Pro.

One login for the whole studio.

Either way, the measure that matters is trial to enrolment conversion, which nobody can see today.
