Booking
a trial.

The trial offer is strong. The path to it is long.

The parent journey

Seven screens before payment.

A parent clicking "Book a Trial" lands on the Trial Classes page, chooses one of four program cards, then leaves the site for a Jotform. Here is what the mainstream trial asks of them.

Book a Trial→Trial Classes page→Four program cards→Leaves site for Jotform
  1. 1

    Account holder

Name, relationship, email, mobile and full postal address.

  2. 2

    How they heard

How they heard about Kreationz, plus website and referrer fields.

  3. 3

    Student details

For up to three children: name, gender, date of birth and a separate "current age" dropdown, plus medical notes.

  4. 4

    Medical and consent

Medical plan upload, ambulance acknowledgement and band-aid consent.

  5. 5

    Studio and date

Studio choice, then a trial date. Booking more than one class means picking "Monday's date" of the week.

  6. 6

    Classes

For each child, a pass type, then a checklist of 6 to 23 classes, all repeated per child.

  7. 7

    Sign and pay

Signature on terms held in a separate PDF, card payment, promo code and a captcha.

7screens for a parent who simply wants to try one class.

Making it simpler

Five fixes for a shorter path.

Each one shows what a parent runs into today, and the simpler way to handle it.

01High

Prices are hidden

Today"Prices vary" on every card, and the trial price is only shown inside the form. Parents can't judge value before committing time.
SolutionPut the trial price in the headline, on the Book a Trial page and every trial card.
02High

Seven separate forms

TodayTrial and enrolment are split across seven forms, so parents must sort themselves into the right program.
SolutionOne guided booking path. Pick studio, then child's age, then class, then pay.
03Quick win

Out of date wording

TodayThe mainstream trial form still says terms commence 27 January 2026, which looks out of date in Term 4.
SolutionRemove "terms commencing 27 January 2026" from the trial forms.
04High

A heavy first ask

TodayFull postal address, medical plan upload, ambulance acknowledgement and band-aid consent are all collected at the trial stage, before the family has met the studio.
SolutionKeep the trial form to parent name, child's name, date of birth, medical conditions, mobile, email and payment. Medical conditions stay on the trial form so teachers are prepared for the first class. Postal address, medical plan uploads and consents move to enrolment.
05Medium

No live class spots

TodayThe class list isn't tied to live capacity, so waitlisting is handled manually after submission.
SolutionOnly show suitable classes with live spots, so parents can see what's available before they book.
What good looks like

A single "Book a Trial" page with the price in the headline. A three step picker (studio, child's age, class) that only shows suitable classes with live spots. Then parent name, child's name, date of birth, medical conditions, mobile, email and payment. Everything else is collected at enrolment.
