A warm brand and strong programs, with a booking path that asks parents to work too hard.
Welcome
We reviewed your website, your trial and enrolment forms and your public social presence on 12 October 2026, the same way a family searching for dance classes would. This audit sets out what we found, what matters most, and how it could all be simpler for parents and for your team.
The verdict
Kreationz has a warm brand, strong programs and real social proof, but a parent has to work hard to book. A trial runs through one of seven separate Jotforms. The mainstream trial form shows every class at all three studios for up to three children, and prices are hidden behind "prices vary" until checkout. None of this connects to DanceStudio-Pro, MailerLite or Trello, so every lead is handled by hand.
Scope: website, trial and enrolment forms, and public social presence, reviewed on 12 October 2026. Instagram was reviewed from the live profile.
Top four priorities
If you only act on four things, make it these. Each one is covered in more detail on its own page.
Every trial card says "prices vary", and the price is only revealed inside the form. Parents should see what a trial costs before they start booking.
Pick studio, then age, then class, then pay. Keep medical conditions on the trial form, and ask for postal address, medical plan uploads and consents at enrolment.
The site header and footer link to the old "kreationzcheeranddance" Facebook and Instagram, while the newer Instagram is @kreationzdance. Directories still list "Kreationz Cheer and Dance" with a different street number.
Every trial booking should trigger a reminder, a check in after class and an enrol offer, without anyone opening Trello.
